Moby Lines wins tender for Genoa – Porto Torres route

Moby Lines has won the tender for winter sailings on the Genoa – Porto Torres route, which means between 1 October and 31 May. The new contract starts on 1 January 2027 and is valid for 5 years. The current contract belongs to Tirrenia, which is a subsidiary of Moby Lines.

According to the contract, the service must be operated daily during a winter period, with departures as early as 19:00 and arrivals as late as 8:00. Therefore, 2 ferries must be used for the route, which must not be more than 25 years old. They must be able to carry at least 1,100 passengers and 1,200 lane meters of cargo.
